Laurence Peters left his native Wales to attend Guy's Hospital Dental School from where he qualified in 1985. He spent nine years as an associate in various general dental practices in Kent providing treatment across the entire age range along with emergency sessions in the Medway Hospital. He is keen on water sports so the lure of the Dorset coast and the preventive philosophy practiced at

Forest Lodge were enough to persuade him to relocate and join the practice in 1995.

In 1998 after three happy years he joined Dr. Patterson on a permanent basis.

His ambition remains, as always, to offer a complete dental service to the whole family in a comfortable manner and surroundings. He is keen not to dictate treatment plans but to offer a choice and to customise the treatment undertaken and its progress to individual patient requirements.
